Do you want us to provide service on an article? Do you have a complaint or do you want to report damage?
It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about our products or services. We would like to help you further and offer a desired solution. You can contact us using the service form below. Our employees of the complaints department will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction. After receipt of your complaint you will receive a confirmation from us. We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it needs more time, we will inform you.
It is possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. Click here to report your complaint to the European Commission. If the complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file the complaint via the European Union platform.
RETURNS WEBSHOP PURCHASE HACO MUEBLES
Do you want to return your item, are you not satisfied and do you want to cancel the purchase? Then fill in our return form. You should keep in mind the following:
You have purchased an item through our webshop. Your product is a stock product. A different return policy applies to products that are composed and therefore manufactured especially for you and for items that you have purchased in our stores. You do not have a cooling off period.
You have a cooling off period of 14 days to return the product without stating reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. You can return the product free of charge to your service branch, if you wish we can also collect the product from you. Check our Delivery & Assembly page for the costs (depending on your floor and whether there is an elevator).
Haco will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by Haco for the returned product, within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies Haco of the withdrawal. Unless Haco offers to collect the product from you, we will withhold payment until we have received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is the earlier. Haco uses the same payment method that the consumer has used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer."
Returns store purchase
For purchases in our store, the 14 day cooling off period does not apply. After all, you have seen and tested the product in our store, so you know in advance what the product-specific properties are.
If the product is different from what you ordered, you can of course contact the store.
