With your webshop order, you automatically choose our HACO service location in Campoamor. This service location administers and processes your order.
The 'Protection of Consumers with Distance Selling Act' applies to distance purchases.
- Prices, sizes, dimensions are indicative and not binding. A lot of furniture is made by hand, small deviations in dimensions are possible. Other product information is subject to errors, typesetting and printing errors.
- Colors in the images may differ from the actual product.
- When an article is temporarily sold out, you will be informed immediately and HACO will make every effort to deliver as soon as possible. If HACO is unable to deliver due to force majeure, your order will be cancelled.
All prices quoted include VAT. Shipping costs are charged for sending orders.
When purchasing in the HACO showroom, different rates and delivery conditions apply.
It is possible to pay by credit card
With these payments, the invoice amount is directly debited from the buyer's account.
This amount will be credited directly to HACO's bank account.
As soon as the payment has been received, the webshop order will be processed. All orders whose payment session is interrupted in the meantime will not be processed.
DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY:
Furniture is delivered with an external carrier by means of threshold deliveries. The internet customer is responsible for placing and possibly mounting in any form whatsoever. Exceptionally, when you have opted for Assembly at order entry. The customer is responsible for allowing the furniture to enter. Any additional costs arising from the inability to enter the furniture are for the account of the customer. If a webshop purchase consists of several order items with different delivery times, the longest delivery time will be used. Part deliveries are made in consultation with the planning department of the relevant HACO location.
If you have made a purchase in our webshop, please fill in the return form. For composite items with a delivery time and purchases in our stores, a different return policy applies, please contact your store.
This webshop is intended for customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. If you would like delivery in Spain, please contact the relevant branch. In Spain different rates and prices apply in connection with the costs of transport.
